1. Two mistakes in the order dated April 10, 2024 are pointed out by learned counsel for the parties, which are clerical in nature.

2. In paragraph no. 4 of the said order, it was recorded that the IGR has already written repeatedly to the respondent no. 3, that is, the Additional District Sub-Registrar, Guma to send the document-in-question whereas, in reality, it is just the reverse, that is, the respondent no. 3 had written repeatedly to the IGR (Inspector General of Registration).

3. In paragraph no. 6 of the order, in the fourth line, the year 2006 has been erroneously mentioned as 2005.

4. Accordingly, let the order dated April 10, 2024 be deemed to stand corrected to the effect that in paragraph no. 4, it would be understood that the respondent no. 3 had written repeatedly to the IGR and in paragraph no. 6, the year shall be 2006 instead of 2005.

5. This order should be treated to be a part of the order dated April 10, 2024.
