Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that there was alleged recovery of 100 bottles of Phensedyl. Records reflect that there were further recoveries of 20,725 ampoules of Buprenorphine Injections.

Having considered the quantum of seizure and there is an earlier direction for completion of all the seizure list witnesses and the report of the police authorities reflect, till date only one seizure list witness has been examined and rest of the seizure list witnesses are yet to be examined, I am of the view, at this stage, this is not a fit case for granting bail. Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 616 of 2026 is dismissed.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
