3. In view of the chronic absence of the appellants, we have every reason to believe that the appellants probably have lost interest to proceed with the instant appeal.

4. In view of such, MAT 474 of 2025 is dismissed for default.

5. Interim order, if therebe any, stands vacated.

6. With the dismissal of the instant appeal, the pending interlocutory applications being CAN 1 of 2025 and CAN 2 of 2025 are also dismissed.
