None appears on behalf of the petitioner. State respondent is represented through its learned advocate and submits that the order may be passed directing the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Paschim Medinipur being respondent No. 3 to consider and dispose of the pending representation made by the School Authority to him being Annexure P-7 to the writ petition for approval of appointment of the writ petitioner as a Clerk of the School in question.

Considering the submission of the State respondent, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 3/ The District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Paschim Medinipur to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation being Annexure P-7 to the writ petition in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order and after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or her authorized representative, within eight weeks from date and to communicate his decision to the petitioner within two weeks thereafter.

WPA 6276 of 2019 is disposed of.
