For the State The grievance of the petitioners is directed against illegal and unauthorised construction by the private respondents on Government Land.
Mr. Sengupta learned advocate appears for the State respondents and submits that the subject premises is a Government land. However, he submits that the grievance of the petitioners be considered by the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 after giving a right of hearing to all the affected parties in accordance with law. In view of the submissions made on behalf of the parties and in view of the complaint of the petitioners, the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 are directed to consider the representation of the petitioners (as contained in page 29 of the writ petition) after giving a right of hearing to all the parties in accordance with law. The aforesaid exercise is to be completed within a period of eight weeks from date.
With the aforesaid directions, W.P.A. 8353 of 2021 is disposed of.
There shall be no order as to costs.
