....For the UOI Mr. Gunjan Kumar Singh, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, he has received instruction from the petitioner to withdraw this writ petition with leave to file afresh as substantial formal defects are required to be cured and several subsequent events are required to be brought on record.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that, pursuant to the order dated April 16, 2025 no amendment has been carried out and since the petitioner is praying for withdrawal of this writ petition, those amendments are no more required to be carried out. Mr. Kushi Prasun Chatterjee, learned Advocate led by Mr. Rajen Dutta, learned Advocate appears for the Union of India.

Save and except the said order dated April 16, 2025 no other interim order has been passed.

In view of the above and considering the prayers made on behalf of the petitioner, this writ petition, WPA 7663 of 2025 stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh on the selfsame cause of action. The interim order dated April 16, 2025 stands vacated.
