"Sahin Khatoon is requested to make another application for transfer through Utsashree portal to the School Managing Committee in the light of this Directorate's Memo no.

66(25)-CSE/2021 dated 22.09.2021 and School Managing Committee in turn will inform the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Uttar Dinajpur about such application. The District Inspector of Schools (SE), Uttar Dinajpur and other concerned authorities will then to take step as per procedure mentioned in Memo no. 66(25)-CSE/2021 dated 22.09.2021.

Thus, the matter is disposed of from this end. All concerned be informed accordingly."

A copy of the reasoned order passed by the Commissioner on 15.12.2021 has already been handed over in this Court today by the learned advocate for the petitioner. Therefore, this writ application does not have any other things to decide and this writ application is disposed of.

Copies of the compliance report and the order of the Commissioner of School Education dated 16.12.2021 and 15.12.2021 respectively are kept on record.

The matter is disposed of.
