1. It has been brought to the notice of the Court that the Sub Divisional Officer, Serampore, Hooghly on 20th November, 2024 has passed a reasoned order for demolition of the unauthorized construction.

2. The petitioners complain that the unauthorized construction is still standing.

3. It will be open for the petitioners to espouse their case before the competent forum.

4. The contempt application stands disposed of.
