This is an application for expeditious disposal of an application filed by the petitioner herein under Order 1 Rule 10 of the Code of Civil Procedure in connection with Title Suit No. 220 of 2018 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Bidhannagar, District-24 Parganas (N). It has been submitted by learned Advocate for the petitioner that the application for addition of party is yet to be disposed of.

After hearing the learned Advocates for the parties and perusing the materials on record, this Court is of the view that justice would be sub-served if a direction is passed upon the learned court below to dispose of the application for addition of party within a specified time frame. In view thereof, C.O. 1083 of 2019 is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge(Junior Division), Bidhannagar, District-24 Parganas (N) to take up the hearing of the application under Order 1 Rule 10 of the Civil

Procedure Code on the next date fixed and to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of two months from the next date fixed without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

Affidavit of Service filed in Court today in terms of the order dated 18th December, 2020 is taken on record. All parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on compliance of all necessary formalities.
