Susmita Ghosh The present revisional application has been preferred challenging the order dated 11.02.2021 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barasat, 24 Parganas (North) in connection with Misc. Execution Case No.321 of 2017 arising out of M. Case No.574 of 2009 under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

I have considered the order dated 11.02.2021 wherein it is reflected that the present petitioner was liable to pay arrears of the accrued amount which was passed in connection with M. Case No.574 of 2009. The petitioner assigned reasons which were vexatious and the learned Magistrate rejected the same. Having considered the reasons so assigned by the learned CJM, Barasat, I do not find any illegality in the said order dated 11.02.2021. As such, no interference is called for. Accordingly, CRR 908 of 2021 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently dismissed. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
