Considering the fact that a blind person was cheated out of her money and considering the involvement of the petitioner and considering the gravity of the offence and considering the fact that the police are yet to conclude the investigations, the requirement of custodial interrogation of the petitioner cannot be ruled out.

Consequently, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
