Mr. Aniruddha Chatterjee, Mr. Iftekar Munshi For the petitioner Mr. Ekramul Bari For the School Authorities Mr. Chatterjee, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner has retired on 31st January, 2020 the authorities have not yet disbursed the provident fund dues and the pensionary benefits. In view thereof, the petitioner has been suffering extreme financial stringency. Mr. Bari, learned advocate appearing for the school authorities is directed to intimate this Court on the returnable date as to whether any amount towards the petitioner's provident fund dues, have been disbursed.

List this matter for further consideration in the daily supplementary list of this Court on 22nd December, 2020 as fixed at 2.00 p.m.

Mr. Chatterjee is directed to intimate this order to Mr. Bandopadhyay who has already been engaged on behalf of the State respondents so that he can also ascertain in the meantime as to whether

any provisional pension has already been paid to the petitioner.
