Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. There are materials implicating petitioners in the murder. They do not stand on the same footing with female co-accused who are on bail. Trial is in progress. Offences, if proved, would attract mandatory life imprisonment.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected.
