1. None appears for the petitioner. The petitioner remained absent on 10.05.2022, 05.07.2022 and on 04.11.2022 also.

2. The relief shows that the petitioner in this PIL challenging the validity of certain provisions of Rotary Code of Policies is unconstitutional. The Rotary Club does not fall within the ambit of State or its instrumentalities under Article 12 of the Constitution of India. No writ petition/PIL is maintainable. Even otherwise, this petition deserves to be dismissed for want of prosecution.

3. For these cumulative reasons, the PIL stands dismissed.
