Heard the learned Counsels appearing on behalf of the parties.

Having considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioners in the murder of the victim, we are of the opinion that in view of the gravity of the offence this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected.

We direct the trial court to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
