Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is the husband of the victim lady. The lady and her child were murdered at the matrimonial home. No alibi has been taken by the petitioner that he was not present at his residence at the time of incident.

Under such circumstances and in view of gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 5.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
