Considering the pleadings and the averments that the learned Public Prosecutor who was appointed was not being able to devote adequate time to the Session Trial Case No.172 of 2020, pending before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 2nd Court, Contai, Purba Medinipur and T.R. Case No.21 of 2020, pending before the Juvenile Justice Board at Tamluk, this court finds that the petitioner has made out an arguable case.

The prayer for change of the Public Prosecutor is allowed. The learned Legal Remembrancer, West Bengal is requested to engage a Special Public Prosecutor to conduct the matters, within a period of two weeks from the date of communication of this order.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.

4. All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of the order.
