It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that pursuant to orders of Court, the District Magistrate, Howrah has passed a final order dated 5th May, 2026 disposing of the application under section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (SARFAESI).

The State remains unrepresented.

In view of the above, nothing survives in the present writ petition.

WPA 7811 of 2026 stands disposed of by directing the concerned District Magistrate as well as the State-Authority to take all necessary steps in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
