1. The affidavit of service filed today is taken on record.

2. The petitioners are both Assistant Teachers in their respective schools and have sought for mutual transfer from their respective schools sometime in February 2025, after resumption of the online portal for mutual transfer.

3. Respondent no. 3 is directed to deal with such application on mutual transfer of the petitioners expeditiously as the Utsashree Portal has been opened for mutual transfer and there is no impediment in consideration of the application of the petitioners.

4. Thus, the respondent no. 3 is directed to consider and dispose of the applications made by the petitioners by July15, 2026.

5. The fate of the applications made by the petitioners will be intimidated by the respondent no. 3 to the petitioners by July 20, 2026.

6. With the afore-stated directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

7. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.

8. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on usual undertaking.
