Mr. Imran Ali, learned advocate appears for the State. It has been submitted that charge has already been framed by the learned trial court and date has been fixed for evidence.

Records reflect that the petitioner is in custody since October 2021. Having regard to the same, I direct the learned trial court to fix schedule of dates after it is assured by the learned public prosecutor conducting the case regarding the availability of the witnesses.

No unnecessary adjournment should be granted to either of the parties and all efforts must be taken by the learned trial court to complete the trial within a reasonable period of time.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 1320 of 2022 is disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
