None appears for the petitioners even in the second call. Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that anticipatory bail to the petitioners were granted by the order dated March 8, 2022. The petitioners however did not comply with the conditions granting anticipatory bail. The petitioners did not surrender before the jurisdictional Court within the time stipulated in such order.

Since the petitioners were already enlarged on anticipatory bail, the question of granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners afresh does not arise. In the event the police are of the view that the petitioners did not comply with the conditions granting anticipatory bail by the order dated March 8, 2022, they are at liberty to take appropriate steps with regard thereto.

CRM (A) 1829 of 2022 is disposed of.
