2. At this stage, Mr. Pan, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the writ petitioners submits before this Court that he has instruction from his clients to withdraw the instant writ petition with a liberty to file afresh on the self-same cause of action.

3. In view of such, WPA No.7401 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn.

4. Liberty is given to the writ petitioners to file afresh on the self-same cause of action if so advised.
