In any event, the respondent Nos. 7 and 8 are private Financial Institutions. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are yet to exhaust the time limit under Section 17(1) of the SARFAESI Act, 2002.

WPA 7535 of 2023 is accordingly disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to approach the statutory forum available to the petitioners.
