Mr. Husen Mustafi ...for the petitioner Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits as follows. The petitioner is the defacto complainant in this case. She lodged an FIR in 2019 alleging that her father had killed her mother. Charge sheet was submitted in 2020. Charges were framed in 2024. Yet, till date the trial could not be concluded. Only one witness has been examined, that too in part. It does not appear that after framing of charges, there was much delay occasioned in the proceeding. However, it is expected that the learned trial Court would conclude the proceeding in accordance with law and as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties. With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
