Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

It is contended on behalf of the petitioners that the land of the petitioners was acquired for construction of Sabong Mohar pacca road and though 80% of the compensation was paid to the petitioners, the remaining amount has not been paid. The petitioners submitted a representation before the concerned authority on August 29, 2016 ventilating their grievance which has not been considered as yet. The petitioners pray for consideration of the said representation by the concerned authority at the earliest.

Upon consideration of the submission made by the petitioners the writ petition is disposed of directing the 5th respondent to consider and dispose of the representation filed by the petitioners on August 29, 2016 within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order, after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the affected persons including the petitioners, in accordance with law.

In the event the petitioners are entitled to compensation, such compensation be disbursed in favour of the petitioners within one month thereafter. The petitioners are directed to serve a copy of this order along with a copy of the representation dated August 29, 2016 upon the 5th respondent at the earliest. With the above observations and directions this writ petition being WPA No. 7809 of 2016 is disposed of. There shall be, however, no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed not to be admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties upon compliance of necessary formalities.
