Mr. Chattopadhyay, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that he has obtained an information from the concerned Court from where it appears that the records of Title Suit No.79 of 2011 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division), 3rd Court, Barasat, North 24 Parganas has been traced out and September 10, 2025 has been fixed for appearance of the parties.

Since the records have been traced out, the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division), 3rd Court, Barasat, North 24 Parganas is requested to make an endeavour to dispose of Title Suit No.207 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

With the aforesaid direction, C. O. 1154 of 2025 stands disposed of.
