The petitioner complains of alleged inaction on the part of the Swarupnagar Police Station in respect of FIR no. 222 of 2022 dated 14.03.2022. 2.

Some of the accused persons have obtained bail. The accused persons continue to threaten and intimidate the petitioner.

In the event of any further threat or illegality by the private respondents, the petitioner may lodge further complaint before the Swarupnagar Police Station.

The Swarupnagar Police Station may take appropriate steps in this regard.

The police shall ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area.

The instant writ petition is thus disposed of. 7.

There shall be no order as to costs.

8.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
