3.1.2023 C.R.R. 578 of 2014 ct.no. 33, sk None appears for the petitioner and no accommodation was sought, when the matter was called on 20th December, 2022, 21st December, 2022, and 23rd December, 2022. Today also when the matter is called, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. No accommodation is sought on second call.

Accordingly, revisional application CRR 578 of 2014 is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
