The petitioners by the present application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India are praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) at Baruipur, District-24 Parganas (South) for expeditious disposal of the Miscellaneous Case No. 562 of 2019 filed in connection with Title Execution Case No. 04 of 2013.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that said misc. case has already been disposed of rendering the present application infructuous.

C.O. 813 of 2021 dismissed as such without any order as to costs.
