The learned counsel for the applicant has started by making submission on merits of the matter, trying to reopen the decision of this Court dated 20.02.2025 passed in W.P.C.T. No. 117 of 2013. He submits that the matter is required to be reheard.

Such submissions do not sustain the maintainability of review, the scope of which is limited to error or mistake apparent on the face of the record or discovery of evidence which in spite of due diligence was not within the applicant's knowledge or could not be produced by him when the writ petition was being heard, or for any other sufficient reason.

We find no merit in the review application.

The Review Application being R.V.W. 94 of 2025 is dismissed.
