In view of the order dated 3rd November, 2022 passed in WPA 18249 of 2022 the fact was although mentioned in the brief list of date but not annexed in the writ petition and disclosed in the supplementary affidavit affirmed on 29th April, 2024, we are not inclined to accept the writ petition.
