1. None appears for the petitioner. Mr. Jahar Lal De, learned AGP, appears for the State.

2. This writ petition pertains to illegal transfer of property of Kalna College by the Principal. The complaint was lodged by the petitioner before the respondent authorities with regard to issue involved herein.

3. Since the petitioner is not present, it is presumed that either the grievance has been redressed or he has lost interest in the case. If the grievance has not been redressed till date, then the petitioner is at liberty to make a fresh comprehensive complaint before the authority concerned (respondent no.3). the respondent no.3 shall consider the complaint as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law.

4. It is made clear that the court has not gone into the merits of the case.

5. Accordingly, the PIL is disposed of.
