A report of the Superintendent, Midnapore Central Correctional Home dated 18th March, 2025 is placed by the Office of the Public Prosecutor.

A further report of the Superintendent, Burdwan Central Correctional Home dated 18th March, 2025 is also placed by the Office of the Public Prosecutor. 3.

It appears from the aforesaid two reports that the appellants have served their sentences and have been set at liberty.

In that view of the matter, CRA 189 of 2016 shall stand disposed of.

The aforesaid two reports are kept with the record. 6.
