She has a right to approach the authority under the Right to Information Act for answers to her queries relating to the recruitment process.

This writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the Child Development Project Officer, Hanskhali ICDS Project to answer the queries of the petitioner, which has been stated in Annexure P/4 at page 19 of the writ petition. Such answer should reach the petitioner within three weeks from the date of communication of this order.

A copy of the writ petition along with a server copy of this order be served upon the Child Development Project Officer, Hanskhali ICDS Project. This writ petition is disposed of.

There will be, however, no order as to costs. All parties are directed to act on the server copy of this order.
