The petitioners are the members of "Rekha Tamang Swanirbhar Dal". They claim that they have been working as cook cum helper under the Midday Meal Scheme in Maheshpur Primary School, Bhimpur, District-Nadia since 2004. They submit that they have been wrongfully disengaged from such work from August, 2020. They have made representations to the Block Development Officer, Chapra Development Block, Nadia on 23rd November, 2020 and District Magistrate, Nadia on 25th November, respectively.

In those circumstances, the Block Development Officer, Chapra Development Block, P.O.-Bangaljhi, Nadia shall consider and dispose of the petitioners' representation within a period of three months from the date of communication of a copy of this order and

the same may be communicated to the petitioners within ten days thereof.

The petitioners shall be heard in person by the concerned B. D. O. before passing any order.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all formalities.
