Mr. Sen, Learned Counsel, appearing for the writ petitioner with Mr. Rakshit, Learned Advocate, files service of notice of the Application for Correction being CAN 1 of 2021 upon the respondents.

In spite of service of notice none appears for the State-respondents.

The attention of this Court is drawn to internal page 4 of the Final Order dated 29th August, 2018 in WPLRT No. 26 of 2018.

It is relevant to mention at this juncture that the matter stands assigned before this Bench now. The petitioner submits that the last two lines of the concluding paragraph at internal page 4 of the Final Order dated 29th August, 2018 (supra) starting with the words "In view of the discussion and observations ..." requires to be corrected with regard to the following:

That the Memo Number and date printed in the Order dated 29.8.2018 as 26910/2012 dated December 4, 20129 requires to be corrected and read as "Memo No. 2610/2012 dated December 4, 2012".

It is accordingly directed that the above stated correction be carried out.

Registry to take the formal steps.

Let this Order be treated as a part of the Final Order dated 29th August, 2018 (supra).

CAN 1 of 2021 stands disposed of.

Notice of service as filed in Court today be retained with the record.

All parties to act on a server copy of this order duly obtained from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta.

Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties, subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
