The accused/petitioner is facing trial for the offence punishable under Section 21C/29 of the NDPS Act.

It is submitted by the learned Advocate for the petitioner that in connection with the instant case charge-sheet was submitted before the 6th Court of the learned Additional Sessions Judge at Barasat on 26th November, 2022. Charge was framed on 24th January, 2023. The learned Trial Judge has fixed 11th, 12th and 13th April, 2023 for examination of the witnesses. From the record of the instant revision I do not find any delay in proceeding with the instant revision so that further direction is necessary for expeditious disposal. The instant revision being premature is dismissed.
