The present revision of the year 2019 praying for quashing of the proceeding of Case No. CS/5146 of 2019 under Sections 420/406 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, pending before the Learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 19th Court, Calcutta including the orders dated January 30, 2019 and February 5, 2019 passed in connection therewith.

As none appears for the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

All connected application, if any, stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial in accordance with law.
