The present revision of the year 2019 praying for quashing of the proceeding in connection with complaint case no.C.S. Case No. 39054 of 2018 under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act read with Section 141 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, presently pending before the Learned 16th Metropolitan Magistrate at Calcutta and all orders passed in connection therewith including the order dated 06.10.2018.

As none appears for the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

All connected application, if any, stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial in accordance with law.
