Mr. Bitasok Banerjee ... for the State The present revision of the year 2019 is for quashing of a proceeding being Sessions Trial No. 7/November/2018 arising out of Berhampore P.S. Case No. 1231 of 2016 under Sections 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Mr. Bitasok Banerjee, learned counsel for the State is present and has brought to the notice of the Court, the order dated 18.01.2019 of the trial court, wherein the trial Court had fixed the date for evidence and which has been stalled since 2019.

As none appears for the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

All connected application, if any, stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for the State to inform the status of this case to the concerned authority.
