Petitioner seeks cancellation of an order granting anticipatory bail by this Hon'ble Court.

The claim is that the police did not submit charge-sheet and that the Court before which certain documents were exhibited was not making over such documents to the Investigating Officer.

Petitioner is unable to establish any post bail misconduct by the private opposite party.

In such circumstances, since no ground is made out for cancellation of the anticipatory bail granted, we are not minded to grant any relief to the petitioner.
