Considering the fact that the petitioner did not deposit the amount directed by the order dated October 7, 2021 till date, and considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The application for anticipatory bail, being CRM 2969 of 2021, is rejected.
