State has submitted a report dated 17.04.2024 12.02.2025 Court No. 35 Item No.19 Rakib which reflects that the accounts of Indian Overseas Bank and Karnataka Bank has been frozen in connection with Hare Street PS Case no. 310 dated 27.11.2023.

Petitioner has approached this Court being aggrieved by the fact that in spite of final report being submitted in connection with Hare Street PS Case No. 285 dated 31.12.2020 and Hare Street PS Case no. 14 dated 10.01.2021, there has been no defreezing of the accounts concerned, I find another case being Hare Street PS Case no. 75 dated 17.03.2021 is also pending. However, the account has been frozen in connection with Hare Street PS case no. 310 dated 27.11.2023. Since the learned Magistrate is already in seisin of the said case being Hare Street PS Case no.

310 dated 27.11.2023 and the investigation of the case is in progress, petitioner would approach the learned Magistrate with prayers. Learned Magistrate after calling for report from the investigating officer would take his independent decision regarding the prayer for defreezing of the account of the petitioner. If such an application is filed by the petitioner, within a period of four weeks learned Magistrate would preferably put in efforts so that the same is disposed of.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 8210 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
