The present revision of the year 2019 is preferred for quashing of proceeding being CS Case No.73846/17 pending before the learned 16th Metropolitan Magistrate at Calcutta arising out of an application under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act including the order of warrant issued against the petitioner. As none appears for the the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

All connected application stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
