Today the learned advocate for the school has handed over one chart giving details of fixed deposits of Jagriti Vidyapeeth which have already been matured or going to be matured very soon. Total 18

(eighteen) fixed deposits are there in the Punjab National Bank, Broad Street Branch. The school has made a prayer for utilizing those money. The school can realize the interest amount of those fixed deposits but the principal amounts are to be renewed by the school in the same bank for the time period to be decided by the Managing Committee of the school. The tabular statements showing the fixed deposit accounts duly attested by the Headmistress of the Jagriti Vidyapeeth (High School) Ms. Krishna Gupta Mitra is kept on record.

The bank is directed to cooperate with the school in respect of payment of the interest and the interest amounts as aforesaid are to be credited to the current account as soon as the fixed deposits are matured.

The part-heard status of these matters is cancelled.

With this observation the three writ petitions are disposed of as prayed for by the appearing parties including the Bank.
