This matter is directed to appear under the heading "To Be Mentioned" in the supplementary list today as it has been mentioned by the learned advocate appearing for the appellant that there is a typographical error in paragraph 7 of the order dated 20th April, 2023. In the said paragraph direction was passed upon the Inspector in Charge, Mathurapur Police Station but inadvertently, it has gone down in the said order as "the Inspector in -Charge of Mandirbazar Police Station". The direction shall be upon the "Inspector in-Charge of Mathurapur Police Station" instead of "Inspector in -Charge of Mandirbazar Police Station".

Let such mistake be rectified.

This order shall form part of the order dated 20th April, 2023.
