In 2nd line of 2nd Paragraph of the judgment dated 26th November, 2024 'Learned Judge, Motor Accident Claims cum Additional District & Sessions Judge, 17th Court at Alipore in MAC Case No. 134 of 2017' shall be read as 'Learned Judge, Fast Track 3rd Court, Sadar, Paschim Medinipur in MAC Case No. 134 of 2017'.

In 4th line of 4th Page of the judgment dated 26th November, 2024 "Rs. 4,04,081" shall be read as 'Rs. 4,29,081/-.

In 6th line of 4th Page of the judgment dated 26th November, 2024 Learned Judge, Motor Accident Claims cum Additional District & Sessions Judge, 17th Court at Alipore in MAC Case No. 134 of 2017' shall be read as 'Learned Judge, Fast Track 3rd Court,

Sadar, Paschim Medinipur in MAC Case No. 134 of 2017'.

Other portions of the judgment remain unaltered. Department is directed to make necessary corrections to that effect in the judgment dated 26th November, 2024.

Copy of the order be sent to the Department for immediate compliance.
