No one appears on behalf of the petitioners when the matter is called on for hearing.

No accommodation is sought.

On the last few occasions, i.e. on 06.06.2011, 04.10.2021, 05.10.2021 and 07.10.2021 when the matter was called on for hearing, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioners or prayed for any adjournment. It appears that the matter relates to an order passed under Section 144 of the Code in the year 2011. Even a restraining order under such provision could be sustained only for a limited period.

Therefore, the application has become infructuous for all practical purposes.

Accordingly, the revisional application is dismissed as infructuous.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
