The instant revisional application is preferred by the petitioners challenging the impugned order dated January 22, 2013 passed by the Learned Presiding Officer, Wakf Tribunal, Kolkata in connection with Suit No. 9 of 2010.

It further appears that the present revisional application is pending since 2013 and accordingly there is reasonable ground to believe that the petitioners have lost their interest to proceed with the present case. So, there is no option left but to dismiss the present revisional application.

Accordingly, revisional application being CO 734 of 2013 is hereby dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.
