1. This contempt application has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the directions issued in WPA(P) 342 of 2023 dated 01.08.2023. By now the authorities should have complied with the directions and if they have not done so, this Court should have taken action under the provisions of the Contempt of Courts Act.

2. It is seen that the Parliamentary Election is being conducted, so, the time for compliance of the order is extended till 21.06.2024. By this time, if the B.D.O., Chandrakona-I Block does not comply with the order, then stringent action will be taken against him.

3. With the above observations and directions, the application for contempt is disposed of.
